Join us for a kayak cleanup event to help preserve our local waterways! Spend an hour paddling and collecting trash on the Anacostia River to make a positive impact on our environment. We will be reserving tandem kayaks, so sign up with a colleague for a fun and collaborative experience. Prizes will be awarded to our trash champions in exciting categories including the most trash collected, the most unique item found, the best team spirit, and the funniest trash discovery! Winners will receive gift cards to local restaurants!

After the cleanup, enjoy snacks and unwind with live music. Dinner will be served from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM

Note: Trash grabbers, gloves and trash bags will be provided. A link for the waiver form and to order dinner will be sent with event confirmation.

Weather Policy: This event will proceed rain or shine. However, in the event of thunderstorms, the event will be canceled for safety reasons.
