Juneteenth Celebration: Community, Culture, and the Environment

In honor of Juneteenth, Green 2.0, Hip Hop Caucus, and REI Co-op cordially invite you to a joyous event in Washington, D.C. honoring community, culture, and the legacy of Black innovation in the environmental movement. Join us for an evening of networking and meaningful connections as we honor the profound contributions of Black leaders to environmental justice, sustainability and the outdoors. Enjoy food, refreshments, and music in the outdoor courtyard of the REI Co-op DC flagship store.

There will a raffle for attendees to partake in with prizes provided by REI Co-op.

The closest metro stop to the REI Co-op Flagship Store is the NoMa–Gallaudet U stop on the red line, it is a four minute walk from the station to the store. The Outdoor Courtyard is located within the store, once you walk in there will be employees present to direct you to the Courtyard from the front entrance.
