Hybrid Public Hearing for the Proposed Existing Use Determinations – North Branch Potomac River (Allegany County)

The public hearing will take place on Monday, December 2, 2024, from 5:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. The Maryland Department of the Environment will present the proposed cold water existing use determination documents, with a focus on the proposed existing use determination for the North Branch Potomac River (Allegany), and accept comments.
This will be a hybrid meeting, with the option to either attend in-person or virtually. In-person space may be limited, please indicate on the Google Form below your intended form of attendance. For in-person attendees, the meeting will be held at the Westernport Library at 66 Main St, Westernport, MD 21562. For virtual attendees, an email with virtual meeting information and a Google Meets link will be sent to the email address provided in the following Google Form prior to the public hearing date.
